ARIVIHAN REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds

All purchases of courses, online batches, test series, study materials, or any other services offered by Arivihan Technologies Private Limited ("Arivihan") are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly agrees that they will not be entitled to any refund, cancellation, or reversal of payment, except for limited service adjustments as stated in this policy.

2. No Cancellation

Once a course, batch, or service is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded, whether partially or fully.

3. Batch Change (Limited Exception)

In case a user purchases a batch by mistake, Arivihan may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time transfer to another batch of equal value, provided:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase
• The user has not substantially consumed the course content

This is a service adjustment, not a refund.

4. Digital Content Usage

Access to digital content (including but not limited to videos, PDFs, test series) is considered consumed once accessed, and such purchases are strictly non-refundable.

5. Abuse & Misuse

Arivihan reserves the right to deny any service adjustment (including batch transfer) in cases of:

• Excessive or repeated requests
• Suspected misuse or abuse of the platform

6. Payment Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after purchase. Any such action may result in:

• Suspension of account
• Legal recovery actions

7. Policy Updates

Arivihan reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
